Is the free plan really free?+
Yes, permanently free. Sign up with email and you get 20 verification credits every day, forever. No card, no countdown, no auto-upgrade. The 20 credits refresh at your local midnight; upgrade only if you need more volume.
How do monthly plans work?+
Pick a plan, pay once a month. On every billing date, your allowance refreshes, Starter gets 5,000 emails, Growth 15,000. Unused emails don't roll over to next month.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the remaining time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose what you've already paid for.
What counts as a verification?+
Every email address that returns a definitive result (valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable, role) counts as one. 'Unknown' results, where the recipient server refuses to confirm or deny, are never billed.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. If SF Email Verifier doesn't work for you in the first 14 days, write to support and we'll refund the unused portion of your subscription, no questions asked.
Is the API included on the free plan?+
