14-day satisfaction guarantee

If SF Email Verifier doesn't work for you within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email billing@sfemailverifier.com and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked.

Subscriptions

After the first 14 days we refund the unused, pro-rated portion of an annual subscription on request. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and stop renewing at the next cycle.

Pay-as-you-go credits

Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused PAYG balances can be refunded on request within 12 months of purchase.

How to request

Email billing@sfemailverifier.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
