Our role

Under GDPR, SF Email Verifier is a data processor for the personal data (email addresses, names if included) that you submit to be verified. You remain the controller.

Data Processing Agreement

A free Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to every paid customer. Download it from Settings → Legal in your dashboard or email legal@sfemailverifier.com.

Sub-processors

We maintain a public list of sub-processors and notify customers 30 days before adding new ones. EU customers may pin storage and processing to the EU region on Business plans.

Data subject rights

SF Email Verifier supports your fulfillment of data subject access, deletion, and portability requests via API and dashboard tools.
