1. Information we collect

SF Email Verifier collects account information (email, name, company), billing data processed via Stripe, and the email addresses you submit for verification. We do not collect more than is necessary to operate the service.

2. How we use information

We use account and billing data to provide and bill the service. Verification inputs are used only to run the requested verification and surface results back to you. We never sell, share, or use customer data to train AI models.

3. Data retention

Verification job inputs and results are retained for 30 days by default. You can shorten retention to 24 hours or delete jobs manually at any time.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regimes you have rights to access, rectify, erase, port, and restrict processing of your personal data. Email privacy@sfemailverifier.com to exercise them.
