Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SF Email Verifier you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does, and what it cannot do

We check whether an address is likely to accept mail, mostly by asking the receiving mail server. Some servers answer honestly, some accept everything, and some refuse to talk to us at all. So:

You are responsible for what you do with the results. Do not treat them as a warranty of deliverability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SF Email Verifier to:

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

The email finder produces likely addresses for a named person at a company domain. Using it to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or for anything other than legitimate business outreach, is a breach of these terms and probably of your local law.

4. Accounts and API keys

Keep your password and API keys to yourself. Activity through your key is treated as yours. Tell us promptly if a key leaks and we will help you rotate it.

5. Credits and billing

See the refund policy for when money comes back.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service up and we monitor it continuously, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we would rather say so than print a number we do not measure. Verification depends on remote mail servers we do not control; when one of them refuses to answer, the honest result is unknown, and you are not charged for it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or damage caused by relying on a verification result.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may close an account for a breach of section 3, or for non-payment. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
